Job Summary

Support the planning, sourcing, logistics, and execution of D&B's B2B marketing event programs, including industry conferences, trade shows, hosted dinners, field events, webinars, and virtual programs. Manage multiple event timelines, deliverables, vendor communications, and operational workstreams while coordinating closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Creative, Analytics, and external partners. Assist with webinar production, speaker coordination, technical readiness, and live support using platforms such as Zoom, Cvent, or ON24. Handle pre-event outreach, onsite coordination, attendee management, material shipments, inventory, and post-event follow-up tied to pipeline generation. Contribute to post-event reporting by collecting attendee data, stakeholder feedback, and engagement metrics to evaluate event impact. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in the office, 25–40% global travel, and occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 2 to 5 years of related experience in B2B events, field marketing, webinar production, experiential marketing, or event operations
  • Experience within SaaS, technology, data, or another fast-paced B2B environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and workstreams with appropriate independence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and execute thoughtfully
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Ability to identify gaps, drive next steps, and move work forward without heavy oversight
  • Comfort working in collaborative, fast-moving environments with shifting priorities, evolving timelines, and ambiguity
  • Experience supporting live event or webinar production environments
  • Familiarity with Zoom Webinar, Cvent, ON24, polling, Q&A moderation, rehearsal management, and speaker coordination
  • Operational mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain organized, calm, and solutions-oriented under pressure during live event execution
  • Ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Willingness to work occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or multi-day programs
  • Ability to travel by any form of transportation
  • 25-40% global travel required
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, crouch and bend over for work at office premises and office events
  • Willingness to work non‐standard hours, including evenings or occasional weekends, to support global time zones
  • Regular attendance in the office
  • Hybrid role: 2–3 days in the office requirement
  • Fluency in English
  • Languages relevant to the working market
