Events & Experience Manager

Job Summary
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, programs, activations, and community experiences across Guthrie Green and LowDown; supervise and develop Event Specialists; collaborate with internal teams (Creative Production, Talent Booking, Marketing) to align logistics, budgets, timelines, and guest experiences; oversee venue presentation, guest readiness, and safety; manage budgets, staffing strategies, and vendor relationships; coordinate with facilities and partners to ensure event success and high-quality guest experiences across both event and non-event days; drive continuous improvement through attendee feedback and performance data; ensure inclusive, accessible guest journeys and seamless event operations; require flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in event management, hospitality, recreation, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in event planning, guest experience, or program management
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
