Job Summary
Plan and deliver a diverse programme of virtual and in-person events across the UK, including London, Kent and Sussex, coordinating logistics, venues, speakers and attendees; manage event registrations, communications, and post-event follow-up; support BD and Marketing with targeted invitation lists, marketing materials, and CRM data; set up and support virtual events using Zoom and Teams; drive post-event reporting and continuous improvement; demonstrate excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; travel to event locations is required and a full UK driving licence or ability to travel to remote locations is essential; hybrid working pattern with at least 60% in-office time.
