Job Summary

Event Coordinator to plan and execute internal and external company events, coordinating logistics for conferences, trade shows, meetings, and employee events; manage venues, vendors, travel, catering, registration, materials, timelines, budgets, on-site support, and post-event reporting; travel as needed to support local and out-of-town events.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related field; or equivalent administrative experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, administrative support, or a related role
  • Experience supporting conferences, trade shows, meetings, or corporate events
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience coordinating vendors, travel, registrations, and event logistics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
