Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of client activations and events, guiding creative ideas for festive moments, product launches, and High Jewelry events across in-store and virtual channels. Act as primary point of reference from ideation through on-site production, coordinating logistics, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications while maintaining brand standards with a localized approach. Manage event budgets, agendas, and recaps in collaboration with Finance, sourcing and overseeing vendors to ensure seamless retail experiences. Requires 5+ years in retail or hospitality events, project management experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Based in Milan Head Office with a starting annual gross salary of €34,000.
Required Qualifications
- Degree/Master in Marketing and Events
- 5+ years of experience in Retail or Hospitality Event area
- Previous experience as Project Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong analytical skills
