Job Summary
Lead day-of operations for private, public, and campus events by preparing spaces, confirming materials, and conducting walkthroughs to ensure flawless execution. Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, greeting hosts, reviewing details, and maintaining open communication throughout the event. Oversee bar staff and support teams during operations, providing clear direction on setup, service flow, and breakdown while ensuring all personnel uphold brand standards. Actively monitor the event floor to identify and resolve issues quickly, coordinate with culinary and bar teams for food and beverage pacing, and execute post-event breakdown and inventory reporting. Must be available for evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or high-volume guest service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead small teams and maintain a strong service standard
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
