Job Summary
Events Coordinator to own end-to-end coordination of Compass-hosted events and participation in major industry conferences across Australia, the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics (venue sourcing, catering, audiovisual needs, invitations and registrations), liaising with speakers and vendors to ensure flawless execution, supporting post-event reporting and lead management, and delivering marketing commitments linked to partnerships. The role involves collaboration with Sales, Customer Success and broader marketing teams, maintaining event calendars, managing briefs and run sheets, and supporting CRM list management and campaign assets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years’ experience in events, marketing or related fields (preferably within EdTech), strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Canva, Zoho/HubSpot, and CRM programs. The position offers a hybrid working environment with three days per week in the Sydney office; applicants should have the ability to coordinate across Australia and internationally, and support events from planning through follow-up. A valid Working With Children Check, National Police Check, unrestricted work rights in Australia, and a valid driver’s license are required before commencing employment.
