Job Summary
Events Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of Coalition Life fundraising and community events, in partnership with the Director of Community Engagement. Duties include researching and securing venue, catering, AV/Tech support, decorations, security, and volunteers; coordinating day-of event details and vendor liaison; assisting with invitation design and event promotion materials; and supporting event registration and table assignments.
