Job Summary
Events Coordinator at Caldwell University responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of university events (10-500+ attendees), coordinating logistics (venue, catering, AV, security, transportation), liaising with internal departments and external vendors, overseeing budgets and invoices, partnering with Marketing/Communications for invitations and branding, managing on-site setup and breakdown with student workers, and conducting post-event analysis with data-driven reports for leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of event planning experience; higher education experience is a plus.
