Events & Community Coordinator

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute attorney events, client appreciation gatherings, networking sessions, sponsorship activations, conferences, and community outreach initiatives. Manage all logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, catering, registrations, and audiovisual needs while maintaining detailed calendars, timelines, and budgets. Partner with the Referral Marketing Manager and Marketing team to promote events through digital channels and ensure brand consistency across promotional materials. Track attendance, expenses, and post-event reporting to evaluate performance and recommend improvements. Represent the firm professionally on-site and coordinate volunteer opportunities aligned with the mission. Requires primarily in-office presence in Austin, TX, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience coordinating events, community engagement, hospitality, marketing, or project management
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends as events require
- Positive, proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems quickly under pressure
- Based in or near Austin, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with event registration platforms, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools preferred
