Job Summary
Plan, organize, and execute events, workshops, webinars, and meetups across different formats while building and managing Tsaaro's offline/online privacy communities on platforms like LinkedIn and Discord. Collaborate with internal teams to align event content with privacy and cybersecurity themes, coordinate with speakers and partners for seamless execution, and develop post-event reports and engagement strategies. Create communication materials including invites, newsletters, and updates to drive conversations within the data privacy community.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in event management, marketing, or community engagement
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools like Canva or Google Workspace
- A creative, proactive, and people-oriented mindset
- Enthusiasm for building communities around technology, privacy, and security
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask, handle logistics, and manage event timelines
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, training, and consulting)
- Familiarity with social media engagement and event promotion best practices
