Job Summary
Approach and engage potential prospects through door-to-door canvassing at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs. Demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to clients while scheduling in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. Assist with booth setup and breakdown, maintain company standards for appearance, and utilize data entry on mobile technology. Work weekends and stand for up to 8 to 10 hours while walking 4 to 8 hours, with 10% travel required. Earn an hourly base pay of $15 to $19 plus weekly commissions. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Self-motivated and competitive spirit
- Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to stand for up to 8 - 10 hours
- Ability to walk for 4 - 8 hours
- Willing to travel 10%
