Responsible for supplier research and management, contract negotiation, budget review, event planning for sponsored VIP events, venue coordination, on-site support, and coordinating a 40-person volunteer team. Based in London, onsite with opportunities to travel for conferences overseas; strong emphasis on organisation, proactive ownership, and delivering high-quality events under tight deadlines.
