Job Summary

Events Assistant Manager in B2B Marketing based in London. You will manage a range of B2B events from smaller scales to larger, more complex deliveries, building relationships with internal and external partners, suppliers and clients. You’ll take ownership of key elements of events, manage budgets and suppliers, maintain quality and attention to detail, and collaborate with senior team members to deliver polished experiences. The role requires a proactive, creative mindset, strong project coordination and time-management skills, flexibility to work outside standard hours, and the ability to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid in-office London role with travel for events; 4+ years of corporate events experience and comfort engaging senior stakeholders are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience delivering corporate or commercial events (typically 4+ years)
  • Exposure to events of varying scale
  • Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships with internal and external partners
  • Experience engaging senior partners, including C-suite audiences (advantageous)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Creative input to event design, content or guest experience
  • Self-starter with proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to manage deliverables and budgets independently
  • Willingness to travel for events as needed
