Job Summary
Events Assistant Manager in B2B Marketing who will manage a range of corporate events, take ownership of smaller-scale events, support larger, complex events with senior team members, build relationships with internal/external partners and clients, manage budgets and suppliers, and ensure polished, professional guest experiences. Requires 4+ years’ experience in corporate events, strong communication, organisation, and creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments. Hybrid London role with travel for events, occasional evening/weekend delivery, and collaboration across multiple events and business areas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering corporate or commercial events (typically 4+ years)
- Experience within financial or professional services and/or high-profile events in B2B would be beneficial
- Confident communicator, comfortable building relationships internally and externally
- Highly organised with attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Creative with ideas for event design, content or guest experience
- Self-starter with proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ownership and accountability, experience managing deliverables and budgets independently
