Job Summary
Events and Ministry Coordinators create an exceptional Apartment Life experience for residents and onsite staff at an onsite community. Coordinate and host 2 high-quality monthly events, manage the event budget, recruit and engage volunteers, and create marketing materials and social media posts to foster connections and hospitality. Role requires 12 hours per week onsite, with residents and staff, and provides a 2-bedroom apartment at a reduced rate. Strong emphasis on planning social activities, clear communication, building relationships, and supporting residents and local partners. Must be 18+, legally eligible to work in the US, have a valid driver’s license, liability insurance, reliable transportation, English fluency, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and availability during evenings and weekends. Prior event planning or budget experience, social media familiarity, and an existing network of volunteers or partners are preferred.
