Job Summary
Plan and host one monthly event for residents in the apartment community near Benedict Fountain Park, Denver, CO. Provide a caring touch to residents and staff, enhance online reputation by inviting feedback, and develop marketing materials such as calendars, flyers, and social media posts. Manage the event budget process, prepare monthly summaries, and meet with staff and the program director for planning. Engage a support team of volunteers, vendors, and community partners to maximize impact. This part-time role requires a current driver's license, reliable transportation, and availability mainly in evenings and weekends. Compensation is $20 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Have basic fluency in English to compose marketing elements for the community and required reports for the property management company
- Possess a current driver's license and liability insurance, and access to a form of reliable transportation to complete coordinator duties such as shopping for events and connecting with vendors
- Be physically able to use stairs, bend, sit, stand, stoop, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Have the availability to commit weekly hours to perform job responsibilities, mainly in the evenings and weekends when most residents are home
- Be able to make the minimum term commitment to serving in the apartment community
