Job Summary
Lead end-to-end planning, promotion, and delivery of MC events (on-campus, online, and livestream) while coordinating local logistics with on-site campus staff. Collaborate across campus teams on marketing, logistics, and registration/payments, and deliver events within budget. Oversee bookings and administration for the Sydney campus facilities, rooms, and car parking. Part-time role across 4 days/week (30.4 hours) on a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract. Remuneration pro-rata reflects 0.8 FTE (62,043 AUD annually). Essential attributes include experience in events management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and Christian ethos aligned with Morling College.
