Events & Activation Production Specialist

Hands-on Events & Activation Production Specialist responsible for planning, coordinating, producing, and deploying live events, activations, exhibits, panels, and private convenings. Collaborates with Thrive’s Global Head of Strategic Health Partnerships and Chief Communications Officer to translate concepts into work plans, production timelines, and run-of-show documents; manages end-to-end production, vendor relationships, on-site execution, multi-event schedules, and post-event closeout. Requires on-site, travel, and occasional night/weekend work; strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills; experience managing production vendors, budgets, and timelines; ability to work with senior leaders and customer teams, with a focus on delivering world-class experiences.
