Event Workforce Ops Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of the Event Workforce and Uniform Projects at Tennis Australia. Lead the casual Uniform Team and work with stakeholders to design, recruit, train and engage the event workforce, manage rosters, induction content, stock and uniform distribution, and on-site operations across events. Develop and deliver process documents and guidelines, maintain up-to-date information across platforms, and build strong stakeholder relationships to meet workforce and operations requirements. Requires hands-on experience in event management, roster creation (Rosterfy), stock/uniform management, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Compliance steps include Police Check and Working with Children Check, with flexibility around working hours during events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in event management and administrative tasks
- Experience in major events ideally in operations, workforce and/or projects
- Experience creating processes, manuals, documents and guidelines
- Experience creating rosters and using the Rosterfy platform
- Experience with apparel or stock management
- Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to Tennis Australia
