Event Warehouse Specialist

Event Warehouse Specialist will oversee warehouse operations for event preparation and execution, coordinate job assignments, and maintain a clean, organized facility. Provides training on equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, truss structures, large tents), ensures maintenance/repair of equipment, vehicles, and workspaces, and uses warehouse inventory software for preparation, verification, and inventory control before and after events. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for setup, loading/unloading, pre-building/repair of event equipment, asset tracking, counting/scanning inventory, transporting personnel and equipment safely, and serving as a point of contact for vendors to secure resources and support for events.
