Job Summary
Set up and tear down event spaces, including tables, chairs, décor, and equipment, ensuring readiness before and after events. Provide excellent guest service by greeting attendees, answering questions, and supporting a welcoming environment. Assist Event Manager and vendors with event logistics, including load-in/load-out and on-site coordination. Monitor event spaces for safety, cleanliness, and proper flow; restock supplies and manage waste as needed. Follow safety procedures, operate basic equipment (as trained), and ensure compliance with venue policies and regulations. Support administrative tasks such as venue tours, inventory tracking, event documentation, and social media content capture. Flexible, as-needed scheduling based on event bookings; available for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Internal applicants must be in good standing with no active disciplinary coaching from the last 30 days and a proven record of strong attendance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for events occurring on evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and assist with heavier items as needed
- Comfortable working in environments with moderate to high noise levels
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
- Internal applicants must be in good standing, with no active disciplinary coaching from the last 30 days and a proven record of strong attendance
