Event Vendor Coordinator

Oversee event planning, vendor recruitment, and on-site execution from concept to completion. Manage vendor and sponsorship relationships by negotiating terms, assigning booth spaces, and serving as the primary contact throughout the event lifecycle. Develop floor plans, production schedules, and run-of-show documents while ensuring compliance with permits, safety standards, and health regulations. Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to align deliverables, track revenue targets, and support marketing initiatives. Compile post-event feedback and performance data to drive operational improvements.
