Event - und Groups Manager (m/w/d)

Oversee the Events & Groups department by planning, coordinating, and executing events, seminars, internal functions, and customer partnership projects. Manage budgets, KPIs, and commercial objectives while collaborating with Sales to develop key accounts and acquire new business. Direct the end-to-end lifecycle of events with Food & Beverage, from cost calculations and planning through final billing. Independently implement post-event improvements, handle customer complaints, and conduct performance reviews for your team. Maintain strong client relationships as a brand ambassador, ensuring every event delivers an unforgettable experience while managing staff scheduling and site inspections.
