Job Summary
Build and maintain event registration sites, websites, and mobile applications using Cvent while supporting the implementation and ongoing management of event technology platforms. Collaborate with event planners and marketing teams to ensure technology solutions align with event goals, monitor project timelines and deliverables, and provide technical support before and during virtual, hybrid, and live events. Manage and analyze event data to produce reports and recommendations, maintain data integrity and security, and create user guides, process documentation, and training materials for team members and stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach to issue resolution and proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Lists, and Smartsheet. Occasional domestic and international travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three years of experience in event technology, event management, and/or project coordination
- Minimum one year of experience in event technology administration, preferably utilizing Cvent
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proven experience supporting technology-driven events and registration platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Forms, Lists, and Smartsheet
- Occasional domestic and international travel
Desired Qualifications
- Cvent certifications (Event Management, Event Management Advanced, and/or Attendee Hub)
- English major
