Job Summary
Responsible for the setup and operation of basic audiovisual systems in hospitality settings, ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include timely setup and breakdown of equipment, maintaining customer relationships, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing necessary paperwork. Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, with physical requirements including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position, within one year
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred
