Job Summary
Event Technician (CONTRACTOR) assists the Theater Manager in operating lighting, audio, and projection for Pinnacle Events Center at Pinnacle Charter School. Tasks include setting up and focusing lighting, conducting soundchecks, mixing mics, focusing projectors, executing projection show files, setting up stage furniture and rigging, ensuring safety and compliance with policies, liaising with facilities and staff, and performing minor maintenance as directed. Requires familiarity with ETC Ion, Allen & Heath GL3800, Midas M32Live; experience with QLab a plus; ability to work on a per-event basis with weekend hours (primarily Friday 4–10 pm, and Saturday/Sunday 8 am–10 pm); physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs; strong communication and customer-service skills; adherence to safety procedures.
