Event Technician, Audio Visual (Part Time) - Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek

A Technician is responsible for the set up and operation of basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, with on-site guest interaction to ensure equipment works properly and guest needs are met. Responsibilities include accurate setup, operation, breakdown of equipment, customer service, maintaining relationships with clients, troubleshooting equipment and software, and completing system entry and paperwork; 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience and 1 year of AV experience preferred, a valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles, and additional DOT requirements may apply. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hotel/convention center environments with irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
