Job Summary
Setup, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for flawless event execution in a hospitality environment. Monitor events, check in with guests on-site, and troubleshoot equipment or software issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage systems entry, paperwork, and vendor interactions while utilizing floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue. Complete order entries in Navigator and finalize invoices with clients. This part-time role involves irregular hours, on-call status, and days, evenings, weekends, and holidays within a hotel or convention center setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position, within 60 days of start date
- Meet all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore's Global Learning Training Program
- Meet physical demands outlined in the Physical Requirements section

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
