Job Summary
Setup, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for flawless event execution while monitoring guest needs on-site. Troubleshoot equipment and software issues, maintain positive client relationships through effective communication, and complete accurate systems entry and paperwork. Collaborate with clients to finalize invoices and utilize floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue. Work in a hotel environment with irregular hours, on-call status, and moderate physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet the physical demands outlined below to successfully perform the essential job functions
- Must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based on an individual hotel or a representation of hotels in that city or area
- Must be able to meet the physical demands above in order to successfully perform the essential job functions
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
