Job Summary
Setup, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for flawless event execution while troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Monitor events throughout the day to ensure customer needs are met, fostering relationships with internal and external clients. Complete systems entry, paperwork, and order entries in Navigator, utilizing floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue and finalize invoices. Work in a hotel environment with irregular hours, on-call status, and moderate physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position, within 60 days of start date
- Meet additional DOT requirements if applicable
- Meet physical demands outlined in the Physical Requirements section

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
