Job Summary
Setup and operate basic audiovisual systems for events in hotel and warehouse environments, ensuring flawless execution through accurate equipment handling and timely breakdowns. Monitor events and check in with guests to confirm needs are met, while troubleshooting software and hardware issues to maintain customer satisfaction. Complete systems entry, paperwork, and order entries in Navigator, utilizing floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue and finalize invoices with clients. Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to appearance guidelines and physical demands for lifting and moving equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet physical demands outlined below
- Must adhere to appearance guidelines
- Must be able to work in multiple hotel locations
- Must be able to work irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
