Job Summary
Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment for flawless event execution while troubleshooting technical issues and managing software challenges. Meet guests on site to ensure equipment functions properly, monitor events throughout the day, and foster positive relationships with internal and external clients. Complete systems entry, paperwork, and order entries in Navigator, utilizing floor up-selling techniques to increase revenue and finalize invoices with clients. Work in hotel and warehouse environments with irregular hours, on-call status, and moderate physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet physical demands outlined below
- Must adhere to appearance guidelines
- Must be able to work in multiple hotel locations
- Must be able to work irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment
