Job Summary
Technician responsible for setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual systems in a hotel environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Works with clients on site, troubleshoots equipment issues, handles invoicing and administrative tasks, and must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires High School Diploma (Associate’s preferred) and relevant AV experience; valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle operation; may involve flexible schedules and on-call work in hotel/convention center settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position within 60 days of start date.
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
