Job Summary
Provide hands-on support for live sporting events, including Daktronics ribbons, audio booths, broadcast control rooms, and stage manager duties. Assist the Entertainment Department with planning live promotions, events, and activities. Participate in rehearsals, sound checks, camera setups, and pre-game checks. Coordinate with talent, performers, and staff for proper execution of opening introductions, intermission activities, and ceremonies. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multitask skills and cross-training flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a live broadcast or live sports environment, TV/Film production, live event management, or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required
- Willing and able to learn additional positions and cross-train when possible
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
