Job Summary
The Event Technical Specialist is responsible for the technical setup and operation of mid-level production events, focusing on equipment operation, customer service, training, staff development, and event supervision. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal teams for event solutions, mentoring fellow team members, supervising technicians, and managing equipment security and maintenance. Mandatory qualifications include 3+ years of specialized event technology experience and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video
- Ability to interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and senior level management
- Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities
- A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
