Job Summary
Event Technical Specialist (Audio) at a Naples hotel/convention center is responsible for the technical setup and operation of advanced audiovisual equipment for live events, ensuring timely deployment, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role includes providing excellent customer service, collaborating with internal teams, supervising and mentoring other technicians, and maintaining equipment security and inventory. Requires 3+ years of event technology experience in Audio/Projection/Video, strong customer service, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; a valid driver’s license may be required for vehicle-operating roles. Part-time on-call with hotel/work-site environments and irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Projection, or Video is required
- Strong customer service or hospitality experience
- A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
