Job Summary
Setup, operate, and breakdown advanced audiovisual equipment for mid-level production events while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Supervise and direct other technicians during events, collaborate with internal teams on pre-event solutions, and maintain positive relationships with all clients. Perform advanced work with operations staff, manage equipment security, storage, inventory, and transportation, and mentor technical and leadership skills in team members. Stay current with technology trends and foster an atmosphere for employee development. Work in hotel and warehouse environments with irregular hours, on-call status, and varying physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to meet the physical demands outlined below to successfully perform the essential job functions
- Team members must be able to meet the physical demands above in order to successfully perform the essential job functions
- Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based on an individual hotel or a representation of hotels in that city or area
- Team members may be asked to work in multiple hotel locations
- Working times will include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
