Job Summary
Prepare banquet spaces to event specifications by setting up and tearing down tables, chairs, linens, flatware, and glassware. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner while collaborating with the culinary team to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while consistently adhering to the dress code and Scout Oath and Law. Work 45-55 hours daily standing, walking, and hiking up to 14 hours, lifting up to 50 pounds. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record and utilize Microsoft Teams for communication.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 14 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
