Job Summary
Set up and arrange conference rooms per customer requests while managing inventory and logistics for banquet, catering, and F&B supplies. Ensure order and cleanliness in storage areas by checking incoming goods for completeness, issuing rental equipment, and conducting regular inspections across the warehouse, kitchen, and event zones. Coordinate with banquet, events, kitchen, and stewarding departments to ensure smooth information flow, develop standardized warehouse systems, and deliver customer orders using company vehicles in compliance with traffic regulations. Participate in training sessions and meetings to maintain operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- You enjoy communicating in English
- You're able to successfully complete physically challenging tasks even under stress and time pressure over the course of several days
- You're flexible and fit in well with a young, dedicated team
- You're helpful and cooperative
- Taking on responsibility comes naturally to you
- You hold a Category B driver's license
- Working in Switzerland: You either have a Swiss B or C permit or EU citizenship
