Job Summary
Rapidly source and validate supplier rates and availability across EMEA markets, managing high-volume requests with quick turnaround to keep marketplace data accurate and responsive in real time. Monitor sourcing health, review AI-generated actions for gaps or pricing outliers, and maintain strong relationships with hotels, venues, and DMCs to ensure reliable response rates. Own supply coverage during EMEA business hours, hand off cleanly to the Montreal team, and assist in identifying new market opportunities in high-demand hubs like London and Paris. Partner with AI specialists to refine workflows, document playbooks, and feed regional edge cases back into tooling to improve automation.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent professional English
- At least one additional European language (French, Spanish, German, or Italian)
- Team-oriented
- Adaptable
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects simultaneously with impeccable organization
- Comfortable working with a distributed team and a manager in a different time zone
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they fit into daily work
- Comfortable questioning AI output
- Bias toward process
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, travel, or marketplace operations in EMEA
- Experience sourcing across multiple countries or currencies
- Exposure to AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in a work context — personal projects count
