Event Supervisor

Event Supervisor is responsible for organizing and executing cleaning operations for the Event Shift, supervising Event Staff, scheduling, ensuring supplies and equipment are available, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role includes training staff, handling human resources concerns (hiring, evaluations, disciplinary actions, payroll concerns) with the Site Manager, and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, physical mobility for varied environments, and reliable transportation; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Part-time hours vary with events; on-site at San Antonio facilities.
