Event Supervisor, Operations (Part-time)

Direct and coordinate the changeover crew for event setups and ice making while logging all incoming radio calls for operational requests. Enforce changeover policies, maintain building readiness through regular walks and work order creation, and communicate detailed instructions to team members in a unionized environment. Exercise independent judgment and maintain consistent attendance, including nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary. Lift up to 25lb occasionally. Support the Operations department at the Xfinity Mobile Arena, home of the Philadelphia Flyers and 76ers, by upholding operating principles that prioritize customer experience and seamless digital options.
