Job Summary
Maintain working knowledge of emergency policies, respond immediately to alarms, and direct event staff and security to assigned areas. Assist with customer service needs before, during, and after shows, including escorts and medical incidents. Perform administrative functions for timesheets, payroll, and credentials, while preparing disciplinary documentation as needed. Be diligent in security and safety awareness, and develop recommendations for safety improvements based on incident reports. A Security Guard license is required, along with a high school diploma and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time employment in the Miami area offers health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Must be willing to submit to a background and drug screening where required
- Security Guard license is required
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid Certification (willing to train)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

- Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
