Event Stylist

Event Stylist at By Landmark Hospitality specializes in guiding couples and corporate clients from initial meeting through the event day, designing and executing the plan including the timeline and all details, coordinating with vendors, and leading the event team to ensure a seamless, on-time celebration. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to gather details, showcasing spaces, designing and producing the event start-to-finish, keeping clients informed, managing multiple events simultaneously, researching quotes and closing with confidence, coordinating with vendors, and following up after events. Requires 5+ years of event sales experience in upscale venues, strong hospitality passion, proficiency with event software (Tripleseat a plus) and MS Office, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ability to manage multiple events independently, and flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
