Job Summary
Event Strategist Associate in Global Corporate Banking Events: Strategically plans and executes Global Corporate Banking events to advance client engagement for targeted clients/prospects in key industries, collaborates across events, sponsorships, marketing, and communications, develops content and speaker ideas, tracks data and ROI, supports invitations and on-site execution, manages budgets and calendars, and partners with Event Production for national and ad hoc projects to meet business needs. The role supports both in-person and virtual events, including large events and intimate roundtables, with duties spanning strategy, project management, content development, data management, communications, and cross-team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three years of experience in marketing and events
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and work early mornings/late evenings
