Job Summary
Deliver exceptional service to VIP guests and event attendees while assisting in banquet and large-scale event setups. Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and professionalism as you work efficiently within a multicultural hospitality team. Handle guest requests promptly and ensure compliance with hotel service standards from setup to closing. Candidates must possess a strong passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment. Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, restaurants, events, or customer service is required, along with fluency in English and a well-groomed, professional appearance. Applicants must be adaptable, solution-oriented, and willing to relocate to Kuwait.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, restaurants, events, or customer service
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Well-groomed, professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment
- Culturally aware and respectful to international guests
- Must be adaptable, solution-oriented, and service-driven
- Willing to relocate to KUWAIT
- Minimum height: 156cm and above
- Age limit: 29 years and below
- Must meet Kuwait employment visa requirements
