Job Summary
Event Staff for Varsity Spirit’s competitions and summer camps. Responsibilities include training across key event positions, assisting with setup and breakdown before and after events, and working as scheduled based on event needs. Must be over 18, able to work independently and in a team, and demonstrate strong written/verbal communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Seasonal/part-time hours with variable schedule and emphasis on delivering a safe, positive experience for youth participants. Eligible employees receive a range of benefits and are expected to complete the Staff Interest form prior to applying.,
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks
