Job Summary
Guide guests efficiently through the attraction, managing crowd flow to minimize wait times and maintain safety. Direct visitors to queue lines and exits while answering questions and resolving concerns promptly. Participate in event setup and teardown, ensuring props and décor remain functional and the environment is clean. Stay alert for hazards, assist security personnel, and respond calmly to emergency situations. Collaborate with actors and managers to coordinate movements and improve operations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the September to November 2026 season.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older at time of hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (employment eligibility verified through E-Verify)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the event season—non-negotiable
- Comfortable in dark, loud, high-energy environments with strobe effects, fog, and close guest interaction
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
- Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced, high-volume situations
