Job Summary
Oversee opening and closing procedures for the Hideaway Brew Garden property, ensuring operational readiness, safety, and cleanliness standards. Supervise front-of-house operations including guest welcome, reservations, and group check-ins while leading on-site responses to weather-related situations and emergency procedures. Provide cross-departmental leadership across concessions, bar service, cleaning crews, artist relations, and guest services, acting as the primary point of contact for staff during events. Monitor crowd flow and venue conditions to maintain a safe, organized environment, offering direction and problem-solving assistance during high-volume events. This part-time role offers an hourly rate of $30.00 with 401(k) matching benefits and remains open until September 25, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, or live event operations
- Prior supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, outdoor event environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Physically able to lift/carry heavy items as needed
